How long does shipping take?
When purchasing your items you are given 3 shipping choices; UPS Ground (3-7 days), Second Day and Overnight shipping. If you need faster shipping or would like to make other arrangements, please contact us via email at: sales@cocoaarmynavy.com to advise. Additional charges may apply.
After I place my order, how long before you ship my item?
We try to ship within 24 hours from the time you place your order. We do not ship weekends or holidays. In stock items will usually reach you within a week (Ground shipping) Out of stock items will take longer and we will keep you informed of the status of your order.
Do you ship overseas?
No. We only ship to the 48 contiguous states.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover
Do you take COD's?
No.

Can you get larger sizes than are shown on your site?
Possibly. Email us and we will attempt to find your size and advise.
If I am looking for something that is not on your site, can you get it for me?
That depends on availability. We have numerous items that are not listed on our site. Email us and we will reply as to whether or not we have it or the possibility of finding it. We will be adding additional items to the site on a continuous basis.
Can you place special orders for me?
That depends on what you are looking for. If you have an item number and brand, that helps. We place special orders all the time. you will need to provide as much information as possible via email and we will try our best to assist you.
