Shipping Policy:
We only ship to the 48 contiguous states.
When purchasing your items you are given 3 shipping choices; UPS Ground (3-7 days), Second Day and Overnight shipping. If you would like to make other shipping arrangements, please contact us via email at: sales@cocoaarmynavy.com to advise. Additional charges may apply.
We try to ship within 24 hours from the time you place your order. We do not ship weekends or holidays. In stock items will usually reach you within a week (Ground shipping) Out of stock items will take longer and we will keep you informed of the status of your order.

Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you must return an item(s) for any reason, the item(s) must be returned no later than 15 days from our shipping date.
Please call 321-639-9808 to get a return authorization number before returning any merchandise.
ONLY NEW ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED.
Return items must be returned in the same condition as when you purchased them. NEW, UNWASHED, NOT WORN, WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are not refundable unless we shipped you incorrect merchandise. We recommend you return your merchandise using a method that will provide you with proof of delivery. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
